    Question:
Why should I switch to iSignage if my current light box/ poster/ physical menu board system is working perfectly fine?

    Answer:
Traditional methodologies such as light boxes, posters or physical menu boards can only display static information. Our iSignage systems allow displaying on both static and dynamic displays which is more appealing to the audiences.

Furthermore, our iSignage content management system enable our clients to manage and pre-schedule multiple displays in different locations through a centralized system, which will relief the logistic hassle associated with the traditional methodologies and dramatically reduce the upkeeping and maintenance costs in the long run.

    Question:
What is the difference between solutions requiring proprietary hardware and those not?

    Answer:
iSignage solutions do not require proprietary hardware (e.g. players) to function properly. This allows our client to freely choose between their favorite brands of hardware or even adopt their current production hardware as long as they meet the system requirements.

On the other hand, eliminating the needs for a proprietary hardware means that our clients will not face the dilemma of subscribing expensive annual hardware maintenance or risk forfeiting all previous investment made for the system.

    Question:
Will the iSignage real-time recurring display requires a lot of bandwidth?

    Answer:
No, in iSignage system, the display PC will cache the display contents from the iSignage server at customizable intervals (e.g. at 9am every day).

    Question:
How are the iSignage solutions licensed?

    Answer:
iSignage DS and DMB are both licensed by the number of PC output. For instance, if you have 10 display units in 5 different locations, you will require 10 iSignage DS or DMB licenses.

    Question:
Is it compulsory to subscribe to the annual support plan?

    Answer:
No, the clients will have the perpetual ownership on the iSignage DS or DMB licenses once purchased. However, we strongly recommend our clients to maintain a valid support plan subscription in order to be entitled to our support package and new versions/ patches update.
