IKEA has deployed a new iQueue kiosk at Hong Kong Island East Merchandise Pick-up Point

In Nov 2016, IKEA has opened a Point-up Point where buyers are able to pick up their purchases made from any IKEA store in Hong Kong or items available for order online. The new Pick-Up Point (PUP) features a waiting area, customer service counters for all pick-ups, returns and exchanges, as well as free parking space for loading and pick-up, and the new space is at Hing Tung Shopping Centre on Yiu Hing Road in Shau Kei Wan.

Apart from the normal procedures of IKEA Stores at Customer Service Counter, customers visit IKEA new Pick-Up Point and fill their Order Number by touching the kiosk, the iQueue system will print out two copies as “Customer Copy” & “Warehouse Copy”, customers shopping around the PUP and wait for calling. At the meantime, warehouse will receive a “Warehouse Copy” automatically and find out the merchandise delivering to customer. Such flow will speed up the total waiting time, serving time as well as transaction pick up with full satisfaction of customer.
