IKEA Shatin HomeSquare Store has deployed new iQueue check out system

IKEA is a company with a passion for life at home, every product IKEA create is the idea for making home a better place. IKEA Group have 315 stores in 27 countries, there are 23 stores in Asia. Since 2007, IKEA has opened 3 stores in Hong Kong: Causeway Bay, Kowloon Bay, Shatin. All are franchises owned by Dairy Farm International Holdings. The Shatin Store was expanded in December 2009. In summer 2010, the Kowloon Bay store was relocated from Telford Plaza to Megabox, with area of 150,000 square feet (14,000 m2) it is currently the largest store in Hong Kong.

IKEA management is looking for an innovative queuing system to help them to manage their customers, enhance the customer experience and shorten the customer waiting time at the cashier counters during payment, iSignage is so proud for being appointed by IKEA to provide our iQueue System to help them to achieve this goal, iSignage is responsible for design, build and implement the iQueue system for IKEA Shatin HomeSquare Store.

There are 10 cashier counters installed at IKEA Shatin HomeSquare Store, by using the iQueue system, cashiers can efficiently manage the customer flow and substantially reduce the customer waiting time, increase the sales revenue and at the same time enhance customer experience, bringing more happy customers to IKEA.
